The research findings are the result of close collaboration of the groups within UniCat of Prof. Matthias Kraume (TU Berlin), Prof. Raimund Horn (now TU Hamburg), Prof. Malte Behrens (now University of Duisburg-Essen), and Prof. Robert Schlögl (FHI).

“This shows how well the research network of the Cluster of Excellence UniCat actually is”, says Matthias Kraume, Chair of Process Engineering at the TU Berlin. “These findings are the result of the interdisciplinary cooperation of different groups.”

The original title of the lecture is “Dry Reforming of Methane on Ni in a Fixed-Bed Reactor: Spatial Reactor Profiles and Detailed CFD Simulations”.

The honor of “Best Presentation” comes with an invitation to publish the research results in the AIChE Journal.
