Chemistry at home

Come and blow up balloons using only baking powder and vinegar! Fresh red cabbage is actually blue. It usually only turns red through cooking. Stefan Schutte and colleagues from Professor Driess’ working group will demonstrate why this is so. Selected experiments to participate in and to watch!
