• To make those in leading positions and functions fully aware of the importance of gender equality. The central long-term objective of the CoE is to move towards gender equality at all academic levels.

  • To fill open positions at the Junior Researcher and Professor level with at least 30% women.

  • To increase the percentage of women at post-doc level to above 35% within five years.

  • To approach gender equality on the Scientific Advisory Board of the CoE and to have a percentage of women on the Executive Board that at least equals that of CoE members.
